Elyin Loaisiga Alcocer is the Strategy and Project Manager for Convoy of Hope in Nicaragua, where he manages the implementation of sustainable projects in underdeveloped communities and develops public-private partnerships. In this role, he supports the strategic implementation of humanitarian assistance programs in the areas of agriculture, technological entrepreneurship, and feeding initiatives for children suffering from malnutrition.
