Ashley Schwarzbek – East Lansing High School Principal

Come join us on TUESDAY, September 26, 2023 at 12 Noon as we hear from Ashley Schwarzbek – East Lansing High School Principal.

An educator for more than 10 years, Ashley’s journey at East Lansing High School began in January 2020 when she joined as an Associate Principal. With a strong commitment to equity and restorative justice in education, Ashley has dedicated her career to creating a supportive learning environment for students. Ashley was appointed as the Interim Principal of East Lansing High School in January 2023. In May 2023, Ashley’s position as Principal of East Lansing High School was confirmed. As Principal of East Lansing High School, Ashley is dedicated to creating an inclusive, equitable, and meaningful educational experience for all students.

Ashley completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Studies Education from Ferris State University and holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Central Michigan University.  Outside of her professional pursuits, she is a proud mother of two young daughters and enjoys reading and spending time with her family

This meeting will be in person at the UClub. The menu will include Chicken Shawarma and Baklava for dessert!
